No. Spotify, Apple Music and Tidal links are matched to an equivalent stream, so you don't need any music subscription.

Yes, for free. Use /247 with a voice channel and Wave Music stays there around the clock.

Yes, fully. After a restart Wave Music rejoins its voice channels and restores every player, including 24/7 channels and anything that was playing before.

Yes. Set DJ roles or DJ users with /dj; then only they can skip, stop, change the volume and use the other restricted commands.

Yes. /musiclog posts a running log of played tracks and who requested them into a channel of your choice.

Yes. /playlist create and /playlist add save your own playlists; /like keeps your favourite tracks in /liked.

Yes. Use /language to switch the bot's replies to your server's language.

2. 2. Your role needs Use Application Commands in that channel (check channel and category permissions too).
3. 3. Check Server Settings → Integrations → Wave Music; command permissions may hide commands for your role or channel.
4. 4. Invited a long time ago? Re-invite it with the Add to Discord link; this adds the missing permission scope and keeps your settings.
5. 5. Restart Discord (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R on desktop) or update the app on mobile.

1. 1. The bot isn't server-muted or deafened.
2. 2. Your User Volume for the bot isn't 0 (right-click the bot).
3. 3. The bot has Connect and Speak in that channel.
4. 4. Player volume isn't 0 and no filter is still active; resetting both fixes most cases.
5. 5. Try another voice channel.
6. 6. In a Stage channel, make the bot a speaker.

View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links and Read Message History in the text channel, plus Connect and Speak in the voice channel. Channel and category overrides beat role permissions. Re-inviting with the Add to Discord link restores missing permissions and never resets your settings.
